A beekeeping operation in Bidingen, Germany, run under Demeter biodynamic standards for more than 20 years. Bees build their own natural comb and reproduce through swarming rather than artificial queen breeding, and the honey is raw and never artificially heated. Hives forage in flower-rich areas of the Allgäu foothills and the neighbouring Pfaffenwinkel.
