Put up your kraut or kimchi for the winter with the farm's Biodynamic cabbage at this annual kraut-making festival. Bring your own cutting board, knife, bowl, crocks and jars. Schedule: 10:30 to 11:00 am arrival, coffee, tea and hot cider; 11:00 am to 3:00 pm kraut and kimchi making; 1:00 to 2:00 pm lunch and campfire. Drop-ins welcome: allow at least 1 1/2 hours to make your kraut. $30 registration per family; optional farm-to-table lunch $15 per person. Event and meals are free for CSA and Patron members. Two days: Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 29. RSVP on the farm's events page.
